Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley (BICSV) is celebrating 20 years of serving our community! Over the past two decades, we’ve supported our neighbors affected by brain injuries by providing resources and helping them live as independently as possible. Each story is unique, and the impact of brain injury can be life-altering.
